Service description
Batu Merah is a Human-led HSE consultancy platform. The AI Engine assists consultants with drafting and analysis. Only outputs that have been formally approved by a competent consultant are released to client organisations.
Accounts
- Tenant accounts are created by enquiry; there is no self-service tenant signup.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- Access can be suspended for misuse, non-payment, or security concerns.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload material you are not authorised to share.
- Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, RLS, or audit controls.
- Do not use the service to provide regulated advice to third parties.
Professional advice
Reports issued through the platform represent the consultant's professional opinion based on the evidence and information provided. They do not constitute legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their own compliance decisions.
AI assistance disclosure
AI-generated content may be used as drafting input. It is reviewed and edited by a competent consultant before release. AI output that has not been approved is never visible to clients.
Liability
Liability is limited as set out in the engagement contract between Batu Merah and the client organisation. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to client organisations.
