AI processing
Request and evidence content may be processed by the AI Engine to assist drafting and analysis. Outputs are reviewed by a human consultant before release. We do not use your data to train third-party foundation models.
Sharing
Data is not sold. It is shared only with assigned consultants, platform administrators acting under documented access rules, and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service.
Retention
Records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by applicable professional, regulatory and contractual obligations. Specific retention periods are agreed in the engagement contract.
Your rights
